"We stopped to get a donut and a drink each. My boyfriend ordered a CHOCOLATE COVERED CUSTARD FILLED DONUT and a pink velvet machiato, I got a hot chocolate and regular glazed donut. We drove away after we made it through the slow but long line only to see he got a powered donut with chocolate icing inside. He was disappointed but he ate it. So when we got home i decided to go back out and get him the custard donut since he was so disappointed. After waiting in line behind 1 car for about 7 minutes I pull up to the window and they give me a pink donut with sprinkles. I hand it back tell them it's wrong the give another bag...it's a chocolate covered donut with frosting... Obviously I couldnt really tell it was icing until i got home. No one answers the phone after multiple attempts. Do go donut scene 100 times better."
"Fourth Dunkin I’ve been to in the past two days and they’re all out of chocolate frosted doughnuts. Seems to be a problem with not making what the customers want so they can make space for other doughnuts that look good on the shelf but don’t sell"
"Very slow!! This is not due to lack of staff, this is due lack of accountability! The staff is chatting and laughing instead of working! It took 10 minutes to receive a croissant sandwich because I watched the blonde lady with neck tattoos and long pink nails stand around and talk to co-workers, then disappeared when she had two order tickets to work on. The male window attendant had to point to the tickets to get her to work. 10 minutes in a drive thru for a microwaved sandwich! Go to another location because clearly this location has no management or accountability."
"Waited in the drive thru line for 15min for a coffee. As I was waiting, I was observing three women just conversating & goofing off. One was overwhelmed not knowing what they were doing. This establishment needs a real owner. I'll pray for them to get better."
"This place is a DUMP! Went in to grab a quick coffee at 3:30pm and was anything but quick. The first thing I noticed was the floor, it looked like it hadn't been swept all day. Some table tops had spilled coffee on them. It took more than 7 min for a small hot black coffee and I was the only one in line! When I got my coffee from the "to go shelf", the shelf had spills all over it and then the bottom of my cup was sticky. Wont be back to this location."
