"I was at the Westlake location and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. It was nice to have Keisha and Ashley there helping me to find shoes and engaging in conversation. We were laughing and talking like old friends. It made for an excellent experience and I will definitely go back especially if they are there. It's hard to find people who make you feel as though they really want you to have a good experience, but Keisha and Ashley did just that. I can not say enough about their customer service. I was with my boyfriend who absolutely hates shopping but even he was laughing and talking with them. BRAVO KEISHA AND ASHLEY keep up the great attitudes and customer service!!!"
"Over priced and went to exchange my shoes that I tried walking around in my house and didn't fit right. And she said she couldn't exchange them because it had one tiny mark on the bottem that they been worn. Never shopping here again! I didn't know your not allowed to walk around on your house."
