"Drive thru was quick, coffee quick which is great but no hello, have a good day and I was trying to ask him a question but guy ignored me, talked on the intercom the whole time then turned his back to me and I couldn't get his attention. Just wanted to ask for a napkin and had a tip in hand for the tip jar. I felt like an inconvenience to your business not a customer."

"I honestly never come to Starbucks, my gf won this battle, it was good, like they say, Starbucks put a ton of coffee houses out of business, but not the good ones.. Ashley the barrista can we still call them that? was amazing as I was super embarrassed they don't allow tipping on credit transactions she was more than professional about it going about her busy line where we all show up at once, this needs to be adjusted immediately, who ever is in charge, please put a payment system you can tip on, I am going to pull money out at atm and come back because Ashley is busy and killing it, we own bars and restaurants I was raised on tips, please fix this now. If you don't believe in tipping you don't get my money."
"Don’t come here! We stopped here while we got gas. Ordered three drinks and two were made incorrectly. The Frappuccino with no cream was made with cream. The double shot cappuccino was made as single and when you took the lid off, it was half a cup of actual average coffee then some foam and the rest of the cup was empty. Such a waste of money. The staff don’t care. Go somewhere else."
"My boyfriend went inside to get coffee for him and myself. He got there and there were 20 or so people inside. He ordered two caramel ribbon crunch frappes and they are not worth the money this time. Barely any flavor and hardly any caramel sauce, and Starbucks coffee is not cheap. I understand employees get slammed by customers all day, but please make sure your drinks are made and taste how they should."
