"If you're looking for hiking shoes, this is NOT the place to shop. The first pair I bought, I had to return after 10 days. The manager on duty tried saying I couldn't return them at first. So I showed them every issue I had. And the return was allowed...I've now had the current pair for 2 months, and same thing. Weeks ago, they started to fall apart. I have maybe a month left in them? I've bought cheaper pairs that lasted much longer before."
"Confusing and long return process. Return funds are deposited to your Sierra account and have to be manually withdrawn with a call to customer support. My return amount is way lower than it should be due to the fees in their return policy. I do not recommend shopping online from this retailer. The policies may be clear but they are NOT customer friendly"
"Great store. A ton of cool, very good name brand sporting goods, super cheap. Mostly camping, hiking and backpacking gear, and a lot of clothing. Also, some home goods mixed in. I accidentally spent $220.00 while I was there, because I just kept finding things that I couldn't leave behind."
"NIce place with outlet prices. Sometimes the selection is not very good. But there are also some amazing deals on great outdoor apparel here. There's a lot of home items and dog stuff at this location."
