"This is specifically about the pharmacy. It is extremely inefficient and unprofessional. I placed an order on Friday and was told that it would be available by 5:30 on Monday. Now, only after I checked on early Monday afternoon did I find out that they don't have the medication in stock, and that it would not be available for at least _two business days_! It is a controlled substance and I cannot skip a dose. The least they could do is to notify me and suggest alternatives. Their APP and homepage have bugs, and I finally got to speak to someone after staying on the phone for 10 minutes. The person who picked up the phone was very unprofessional."

"The pharmacy manager is the rudest person I have ever come across working in a customer service setting. I would highly recommend using any other pharmacy in the greater trust state area. I’m going to drive 15 mins out of my way from now on to Walgreens, they at least smoke when they’re “short staffed” **while 4 people are behind the counter."

"From the photo you can see on hold over an hour for a very important question about a medication I needed filled before my surgery in the morning they flat out do not answer the phone at this location they won't even pick it up to put ya on hold they just won't help you. I drove to the store still on hold, holding my phone I walked up and heard their phone ringing and there was one customer checking out I was next I explained how I've been on hold and how important it was that I needed to know why my meds wasn't filled he looks at me and gives me a terrible attitude and says there is only two of us, so it's him and the pharmacist. I just can't believe this, they just flat out won't answer the phone if it was busy I would understand but there was no one behind me and could still hear the phone ringing with it saying pharmacy call every minute, it's not fair and now my surgery Is delayed for weeks because they didn't fill a medication or even call and say they couldn't fill it.. I have cancer and this is so overwhelming I am so disappointed in CVS I even have the care plus card to get delivery there is no excuse for me not getting this medicine or even a call explaining my insurance didn't cover it instead they do what they always do ignore the customer"

"After sitting on hold for an hour the day before. I end up going to the store. The pharmacist and pharmacy staff were very rude. Especially the pharmacist. Telling me they were short staff. That does not justify being rude and disrespectful. I went and talked ro store manager who was very nice. While I was talking to her another vuatomer came up and heard me talking bout the pharmacy. He had an issue with that nasty pharmacist as well."

"In a former grocery store from years gone by, this has been a CVS location for some time. Some of the shelves looked in need of restocking. It's adequate but it is not Walgreens. Lacks a drive thru for prescription pick up. The reward system seems a bit convoluted with an Extracare card and also a monthly shopping reward that you pay for savings. What? I don't need my life to get this complicated."
