"Oh it was terrible. I ordered a pair of shoes and they took my order and processed my payment. A couple weeks later they informed me that my shoes weren't in stock anymore. I think that once the order is processed you guys should package the product and send it out. That was a terrible experience for sure and i always cant go and shop in store because of my job. I highly doubt ill shop online with you guys again"

"The workers at the store on Seymour in bond hill in Cincinnati Ohio are so rude no matter how nice you try to be they hung up on me while in mis sentence of trying to be courteous in saying thank you for basically bad customer service this place needs an overhaul these females here are not good for customers this makes me not want to deal with this establishment because I have to except piss bad poor service and spend my hard earned money this is so sad that this is the type of people that represent city gear please change something or I'll stick with Bob at Hibbett sports or finish line foot locker or champs I had to mark something but one star is way too generous for this place because they are so terrible"

"The staff were very polite and professional! I was allowed to purchase in store and have it shipped to me due to my size not being in store."

"I had thee worst time at City Gear in the Dayton mall today. I walked in asked the guy “what wall had size 3” he said “after the boots” and pointed at the wall so I walk over there looked around found a pair of all pink Airmax 90’s for my daughter asked her if she liked them she said “yes” so I held the shoe up too the salesman and asked if he had a size three he said “she has the phone too look it up” and pointed at another customer and he proceeds too tell me I can look it up myself blah blah blah so all I did was start walking too the other customer that had “the phone” as I’m walking he’s asking me “do I have a problem” “you don’t like I asked you too do that” just saying all kinds of disrespectful things so finally he says “give me my shoe” I said “I’m buying this he said “no your not” and grabbed the shoe out my hand told me too get out and don’t come back and and I literally did nothing wrong he just wanted me to do his job and that’s not what City Gear pays him for"

"Won a release raffle and they had to be picked up from this location. Email stated they will be held until noon. I got there at 10:20, store opens at 10, to see the gate still shut. A guy comes up and asked what I need, I told him I had a pair of raffle shoes to pick up amd he said no he doesmt even have the registers open and I will have to just come back later. Thats hard to do when I was on my lunch break and I only have until noon to pick them up. No surprise the shoes were gone. Absolutely ridoculous"
