"I usually dont ever write reviews but this tim hortan’s service was so awful that I felt the need to comment on it. My fiance and I pulled up to the drive thru speaker and asked for a moment to look at the menu (I was trying to find their holiday drinks) not even a minute later another person comes on and asks us if we’re ready, I get nervous and said just one more second. Then a woman came over the speaker and told us to leave the drive thru because we were taking too long. We had not even been there for a full 30 seconds before she told us to leave. I used to work in a drive thru and would have never treated a customer like that for taking a few seconds to look at a menu. Please work on proper customer service"
"The last several times I have come here I go inside because it's supposed to be faster than the drive-thru but instead I end up waiting 20 minutes for one sandwich and some donuts. This location seems to be perpetually short-staffed. I shouldn't have about 10 drive-thru orders get fulfilled while I'm still standing there waiting for mine. The drink and sandwich I ordered I got right away but for whatever reason they waited over 10 minutes to grab my 12 donuts off the rack and give them to me"
"I used to go to Tim Hortons in Canada twenty something years ago and had good memories so this was the first time going back to one in a while. Not everything was available and half of my donut frosting got stuck in the bag and tasted stake so I was kinda disappointed. It's close so maybe I'll give it another shot some day."
"Decided to make a quick Pitt stop in here this morning for a quick bite to eat and a coffee. The place was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and friendly even tho they were clearly understaffed. Service was decently fast with said circumstances. Would be a 5 star but I was given the wrong breakfast sandwich. Still ate it and it was delicious. I’d stop back in again."
"Dropped in here today for a little sustenance on our travels and it was very warm and welcoming environment. As always Tim Hortons big box chain from Canada hit the nail on the head with this place it’s Makaveli clean upscale friendly employees high energy everything you could want for breakfast shop. So if you’re in Northwest Columbus the Hilliard area specifically we would highly recommend this as a great stop with great food"
