"Just wanted to let everyone know this is the best Tim's I've ever been to. The employees are so friendly and fun every time I come through. They go above and beyond. I came to get my usual blueberry Tim's bits, they were out. So they had me wait 5 minutes so they could make a new batch of them just for me. Also my favorite location because their food is always prepared so well, always fresh. That is what outstanding customer service means! I was so pleased that they would even consider doing that for someone. I appreciate every single 1 of them!"
"Curdled milk in our latte this morning.... check your drinks from here!!! This made me nauseous after drinking. Definitely would not recommend this location to anyone. Please clean your machines properly and check your dates. Quality control is definitely an issue at this location."
"Yesterday, I went through the drive thru around 11 am. Fast service and friendly staff. The medium white hot chocolate and a toasted multi grain bagel with strawberry cream cheese were as I ordered and as expected. I'd rate this visit 4 stars. However.... Two of the three other times I've gone to this location over the past 4 - 5 months, I've ordered their cafe mocha, which used to be my favorite drink there for years. It was 2.5 stars at best. Very weak tasting, like it was made with a powdered mix and they used maybe half as much as they should have. The other one of the three times I went in for a birthday treat for my son with my family (six of us total) and we ordered a dozen donuts and several drinks which were all very good. The gentleman who waited on us was not only very nice, but very patient while each of us in our group decided on two donuts each of the dozen. I'd give this visit 5 stars. Also, I've met up with people for small group meetings three or four times a year at this location and the service is always good and the location clean. Overall, I'd give this location 4 stars as long as you don't order the cafe mocha (and, lesson learned, always try your drink before you leave!)."
