"If I could give zero stars I would, The girl working morning of 12/26 around 8 am I ordered a sugar cookie latte iced with two pups extra sugar cookie and an extra shot… was made wrong and terrible. She didn’t greet me, waited for a couple minutes before she helped me (was not helping anyone else) and walked to the computer, didn’t say a word to me just assumed I would start ordering, and I was trying to use Apple Pay and she just looked at me dumb, and couldn’t tell me they didn’t have it… and rolled her eyes bc I took to long to get my card out to pay, then when she game me my drink I said “can I please have a straw “ in the meanest voice she said “ WHAT” and I said could I please have a straw as if I was just a inconvenience to her day. If she doesn’t want to be there which it’s obvious she doesn’t this isn’t the first time she’s been like that it’s every time I go in there or anyone I know! I recommend replacing her, reading other reviews I’m not the only one who has encountered her rudeness. I didn’t catch her name, I don’t believe she had a name tag on. But I took one drink of my drink and threw it away, a waste of $7!!! Was to frightened to go back and get a remake she was not people friendly what’s so ever."

"The woman waiting on me could not possibly have been ruder. She made my drink wrong (iced instead of hot-from other reviews, this seems to be par for the course for this location) and acted like it was MY fault when I asked her to remake it. I picked it up and asked her if they usually default to iced in the summer months, since this has happened to me before at other locations and I was curious. She positively SNAPS at me that because I CHOSE a specific topping that USUALLY goes on ICED DRINKS, she assumed it was cold. The tone on her was aggressive and incredibly rude and I will never go to this location again if I see her working. Edit: got to my car and tried my drink. Paid $9 for a drink with 3 shots of espresso, there isn’t a single one in this drink. $9 for hot milk."

"The older gentleman that works here is extremely friendly, I remember when he worked in the wine department he has such a pleasant attitude. He’s a great asset to this company. When I see he’s working I know my order will taste right"

"The person making our coffee was very friendly and smiling. The girl taking our order was extremely rude... very curt and angry. she also did not want to help me figure out how to get a venti drink in a bigger cup because they were out of cups. The other person told me it was because the other stores had been closing. Not my fault. 11/3/20 extremely rude, didn't Mark our coffees... didn't even mix them. all the flavor was in the bottom. Worse customer service ever"
