"Normally this location is super reliable and the baristas are very friendly. I’ve had nice conversations with them at the drive thru while waiting for my food, they’d compliment my dyed hair and I’d compliment their facial piercings. But today it was totally different. The barista working the front (we walked in to pick up) looked at us like she was annoyed we were there waiting and muttered “be with you in a sec.” Which is fine, I know they’re not paid enough to be super friendly all the time. I used to be a Starbucks barista myself. But then we were waiting 10+ min for an online order we’d put in 20 min prior, and when we finally got the food it was all cold and my partner’s iced chai coffee was incredibly watered down to the point that they couldn’t drink it. I tried it myself, and admitted that if I were blind taste-testing it I wouldn’t be able to guess it was supposed to have coffee in it. I’m hoping there’s just been some new hires who are overwhelmed and undertrained, I’ve seen it a hundred times in my barista days. If there’s anyone to blame, it’s this store’s management for clearly not training their new baristas thoroughly."
"Went to Dunkin and the young girl took our order got my husband’s wrong it was suppose to be cold coffee she grabbed his cup threw it away and then handed him his cold drink. I ordered hot chocolate -it was terrible and was watered downed . When I told her it was weak she said oh well and walked off. NEVER GOING BACK THERE!"
"There is always a wait when we go, but then we are always pleasantly surprised by how quickly we get through. The service is friendly, although they never quite seem to get our order right. Food is average."
