"My first time visiting this store and it is my last. They were declining so many clothes brought in stating they were older than two years. Have you looked at the racks? There are sweater and items I know are 10 years old. The place is a mess. Who ever owns this place needs to start over with a better business plan."

"I went to drop off a bag of clothes to sell, that included 7 pairs of fashion jeans and shorts from Body Central, Hot Topic , Dalila's etc, in great condition, hardly worn. Some I paid close to $40 for. Also some gently used dress clothes that I hardly wear anymore, and they wouldn't take any of it. Looking around the store at the items they were selling, my clothes were in better condition. It was a big disappointment. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I was allowed to pick the clothes back up so I can resale them somewhere else."
