"The store hours are 11am to 8 aka 11:10am to 8pm. Customers sat outside the door till 11:10 one even knocked and the girl just kept doing whatever at the register it was 11:02 they didnt open the doors till 10 after 11. They don't greet nor ask if you need any help. No smile, nothing. One employee is on speaker phone cussing while leaning on the display table. Atleast the store is organized now cause it usually looks like a tornado ran thru it. I almost thought the employees were customers. It's as if someone is forcing them to be there lol. The mannequins look more friendlier and happier to be there than the employees lol"

"10/30/2022: Today afternoon I visited the store to shop for my daughter's birthday and had the most awful experience of my life. We picked up a top and a leggings from a table tagged $8 and 3 sweaters under the tag $10 each. But when I went to the billing counter they billed the top $9 instead of $8 and the leggings $10 instead of $8 and 3 sweaters $15 each instead of $10 each. When I asked them why I was over billed the store manager pitched in saying the sweaters where $15 each as the tag fell off, for the top the leggings they said though its under $8 they cannot give that for $8.She was extremely rude with me and my husband and said either I take the items or I can just leave them. I told them it was under $8 tag even after seeing that she said she cannot give me that item for $8 and she threatened us that she would call the security of the mall and throw us out. Then she even told us that we should get out of the store and never come back!!!She was being racist and was behaving as if it was her own store and we have committed crime in pointing out their mistake. I have visited Charlotte Russe all over USA this is the most pathetic experience that we have faced today. She totally ruined my daughter's birthday shopping!!!!! And after coming back home when I was checking my bill I found out she had billed me twice for the leggings!!!!which I was supposed to pay $8 only I ended up paying $20 which is ridiculous!!! They are just cheating the customers!!!!I am just thinking there have been many customers who have been cheated by these staffs so beware and check your bills after you receive it. The store manager is pathetically rude and arrogant I would say!!!A terrible experience it was for us!!!"

"10/30/2022: We went to the store and had the most pathetic experience of life with the lady store manager who was extremely rude and racist. This store is a cheater, a fraud and filled with big mouth staffs. The store manager is a rude and a racist lady. If possible, I would have given negative rating to this store because of its staffs, their behaviors and when you show them they are cheating on you, they threaten you to throw you out by calling the security. The manager thinks she is the owner of the store as she says "Do not come to my store" when you show her that the items on the table are marked with a different price and the bill is showing different price. Stay away from this store, save your time and money"

"We shopped in the store tonight Aug 25 and the attendant was very rude to us. We came in later around 730 and my daughter was shopping around and asked to use the dressing rooms. The person behind the desk was rude and gave a very scarastic response about the dressing rooms being closed. Even though the sign on the entrance said the dressing rooms were open. We then asked again and the person wearing a white hat was extremely rude to me and my wife. This is unacceptable and false advertising. I get covid caused issue but we should be past the point of hampering customers due to your inability to properly handle your store polices"
