"First time ever going into a rally house I have to say the girl that helped me her name was Kelsey. She was so knowledgeable and so nice I could not believe how friendly all the service people was, but she especially stood out to me. She taught me the difference between jerseys which I had no idea about. I’m not really a sports person, but my husband is thank you rally House for being nice to your customers in is that all sounds good yeah, we Huber Heights Ohio."
"1 star due to the way I was treated from KAYLA-Manager. I do no live in the area, passing through and picked up a shirt for my friend. The signal transmitter was left on the shirt. I had to make an “out of the way trip” for it to be removed. Gas, Time and frustration. Kayla made no apologies for her team but proceeded to tell me how she lived “far away too” rolling her eyes. I believe she MISSED my entire point and certainly doesn’t seem to understand the basics of customer service. Thanks no thanks Kayla for the rudeness."
