"Unfortunately I am not able to give zero stars but I’ve had the same issues as every other individual leaving a review. I have placed two orders since November 6, 2023, and have not received any of the merchandise in TWO MONTHS. I sent numerous emails asking for refunds or simply an update on shipping and each time (if they even responded) I was told 1. they were short staffed, 2. the holidays were causing delays, or 3. orders were usually not in limbo this long, and they even went so far as to offer me a HALFOFF coupon for another order. Meanwhile the company is super active on social media but continues to take money from customers with failure to actually ship the merchandise. HORRIBLE/TRASH COMPANY. Do not order from them."

"I'd give zero stars if I could. My honest advice would be to NOT shop this company. I placed an order on 11/25 and as of today 12/21 still have not received order. Reached out to company numerous amounts of times. (Filed dispute with payment processer and they still have yet to get a response..Long wait times and no resolve regarding replies from company. Also reached out via Instagram. No response there or to emails. Yet they are posting photos all day long. Requested refund but was supplied a tracking number that does not update. I am in the same exact business. I know exactly how it works. You can mark an item shipped that hasn't been physically shipped. Stop stealing peoples money. Either ship all the missing orders from everyone or refund the money! Stop with the excuses! REFUND THE PEOPLE!"

"DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!! I’ve been waiting on an order since September and all I’ve gotten is a run around. They will create a label with the shipping company and NEVER ship your product. Lesson learned…. NEVER AGAIN!!!"

"I wish I would have looked at the reviews before placing an order! I have tried contacting through email and phone with no luck with any information about my order. I always try to shop black-owned, but this is a shame! I ordered on 9/22 and there has been no update with the order AT ALL! They’ll generate a tracking number with USPS but that is it! Please don’t shop with them because you won’t receive customer service or your items! Yet she’s still receiving the money!"

"Buyers Beware. Never received items from order placed on 9/1/23. I sent messages to the business and received no response. The items were marked as shipped and USPS is awaiting the items. This is the scam. There are several reports on the BBB site reporting the same issue. If you choose to buy from this site which I don’t recommend, I suggest using PayPal because they will reimburse you or a credit card to dispute the transaction. It’s shameful that you try to support a small minority business and this is what you get. Meanwhile she’s posting daily constantly looking for more people to scam and having the audacity to mention God. You will reap what you sow."
