"Service was prompt and friendly, though I felt like we were rushed and it wasn't very busy. They took one of our orders and gave us a total without asking if the other person would be ordering together or separately. Didn't ask if we'd been ordering chocolates or pastries. Just an odd thing to do."
"First time ordered from Winans in Sidney. Ordered a Matcha Latte and wanted it without sugar. I did not know much about this flavor so I asked the lady twice if I can have it without sugar. She said yes can do. I confirmed again without sugar before they proceeded. I took the latte home and found out there was a ton of sugar in it. I called and asked about it. They said the label indicated sugar as an excused and didn't even apologize. Regardless of labeling, I did not see it at that time but I tried to VERBALLY verify before I ordered . Now they tried to denied the responsibility. It made me feel like I have been deceived. I ended up disposing the Matcha Latte. Will not go back."
"I am a regular here during college semesters as a nursing major. I enjoy the atmosphere at this coffee shop! I simply walk through the door and they already know my order and name. It may seem simple, but it means a lot! I wished these lovely young women would get paid more for everything they do here. They have to deal with a lot when they are short staffed and rude costumers, but they keep a smile on there face and polite to others still. I really am thankful to have a area to go study at close to home and enjoy great coffee! Thank you to these girls working that keep it going, you are appreciated!"
"Here for the first time and will definitely be back! I had the Caramelberry Latte with almond milk and my kiddo had a blue gummy. They were absolutely delicious! And the people here are amazing ❤️"
