"This is the second time I have visited a Culver's. I was disappointed with the service. I ordered a chili and my wife ordered a concrete. We waited for at least 15 to 20 minutes at our table. Then I ordered 2 scoops of chocolate custered from my phone at the table. I waited a long time. My wife went to the bathroom and checked to see if my order was done. It was in a cooler. My wife brought it out to me. Good chili and chocolate custered, but very slow service. Not sure I will return."
