"The details of this, we walked in before noon, they did not have the door locked. I wanted to buy something and sit and drink and eat it. They made sure they told me they close at noon. Well if you didn't lock the door at 11:58 you need to serve your customers, without editorial. You only get one chance in life to make me happy and provide customer service you did not. So I will never be back, and don't ever, ever, ever, ever, Tell your customers to shop local because I tried shopping and you wouldn't serve me, so yeah, you said it was no problem but it really was. Otherwise you wouldn't have told me you closed at noon . Got it get it good. You turned away my business so, everybody in the future, who looks this up, is going to know your level of service. And I hope there's ramifications to the both of you for not allowing me to sit down without you two flapping your gums."

"My very first time going there and I'm going back! I got 2 of the mini cakes and a medium peppermint mocha...omg!! The cakes were moist and delicious and the drink was silky smooth and very tasty! Not too sweet..just the right amount of sweetness! Better then Starbucks and I love Starbucks!! Beans you have made my day! Custom service was very fast and friendly as well!! Will be returning for sure!!"

"Beans Coffee in Chardon is a nice spot for coffee enthusiasts. I've been to a huge number of places in Northeast Ohio and this did not disappoint, although I would like better seating options (picky me). The coffee was a 4.5/5."

"Unlike so many modern coffee shops, Beans is spacious with plenty of seating while still offering a cozy, at-home feel. The tables were filled with people who are clearly regulars, all starting their day with coffee and breakfast. I ordered a latte and "John's Oatmeal" and sat at a handsomely crafted wooden bar along the window. If I hadn't had further plans, I think I would have spent the whole day there. Definitely will be back."
