"Osso, I feel this restaurant could be renamed Soso. Inconsistency is my main complaint here, where even a $65 steak has bites that are in no way seasoned and other ones that are over-seasoned. This was the critique from all four people at my table that ordered steaks. The sides followed the trend unfortunately. The cabbage that had bacon, cider and caraway seeds in it only tasted of caraway seeds which was disappointing. The salad was beautiful in presentation, but the pear slices lacked having any pear flavor. I will say the drink I had was amazing, the Millionaire (I can’t recall the first part of the name.) Kudos to the bartender, my family also really enjoyed their cocktails. At a place of this caliber and price point, there should be a dress code. It is very off-putting when people are wearing cut off shirts, baseball caps and torn up shorts. We came here on a Thursday, it was burger night ($15 for any burger on the menu) but that shouldn’t detour the overall feel and environment of a restaurant that has a $100 steak on the menu. Again, the whole table agreed on this point. I would give Osso a 7/10, I’ve been to much better establishments, and I’ve been to worse ones. I wouldn’t come back given the dining experience we had, but it was worth checking out."

"Very pleasant and unique experience. Staff are very trustworthy and accommodating. A bit pricey, but it is well worth it if you are celebrating special occasions. The food was excellently, especially the bread with the marinara dip. Very rustic and farmhousey!"

"One of the coolest restaurant concepts I have been to...pasture to plate. The restaurant is in the middle of a farm of wagyu cows, mangalista pigs and many other animals. The meat all comes directly from the farm and is butchered on site. The food was delicious and service was great. The facilities are also very cool with dry aging room, cheese room, wine room and a favorite after the meal...pinball room. Definately worth the stop. Steaks are worth the price...and if you dont want to pay that much the other food is great too. Didnt get to try the tasting menu but I definitely want to. I will be back!"

"I just want to start with for $90 per person it was well worth the experience and you guys aced the flavors on the cheese plate, the experience as a whole was very nice. The place is beautiful and very fun so was the live music. The idea of sharing these heritage raised animals is fantastic, the sourcing of all the ingredients is amazing. But the dishes themselves could use some work but the newness to the restaurant scene is visible. The temperature of some of the dishes were undesirable, and some of my dishes were lacking in flavor. BUT, I see great potential and I look forward to coming back again to see how the place has grown."

"Everything here was delightful and the establishment is beautiful and set on a small working farm where they raise their animals. The food was delicious, I was with a group and we shared each of the appetizers on the menu. The bread board was beautiful and so good! The ribs were super tender and amazing. The brisket sandwich was great and the manager came over to ask if we had any questions about the restaurant or the farm. We also split the desserts - I loved the Rocky road potsticker! Can't wait to see how this establishment grows and evolves!"
