"Nickel and dime you wherever they can. Tried to add an $1 charge on my drink and when I asked what the charge was for, the guy said because I asked for no ice in my drink. Are you kidding me!!??Theres always mold in the ice cream windows and the lobby is always dirty. This place is close to where we work, but we will never come here again. I will gladly drive to another location where they have customer service and you pay for what you order. I didn’t complete the order this time. Last time they tried charging $2 just for a little squirt of whipped cream. No more money from me at this location. What a joke."
"My favorite drink is the cold brew with sweet foam. This is a busy location. I usually do a mobile order, but I end up waiting awhile for someone to hand me my order because the drive thru line is so long. The donuts are fresh. The doors could use a cleaning from the smudges. I wish there was a more efficient way for mobile orders to be handed out."
