"I’m the curbside regular that this place is probably exhausted of serving. I’ve had plenty of experiences both good and bad here; bad experiences mostly from customers alike who want to loiter the parking lot en masse- not bad experiences from the establishment itself. I’ve witnessed the dining hall go from clean first thing in the morning to trashed immediately as those doors unlock because customers have no respect for other customers, and some of them doing this think it’s funny so it’s done on purpose. But one thing is for certain, the workers are amazing. Always apologetic for long waits but I choose curbside because I’m okay with waiting, regardless of staffing issues. I would like to give thanks to all the hard workers who serve us food when we’re too lazy or busy to cook for ourselves at home. We respect you and wish you the best. R Ashley"

"Not only have i had NUMEROUS problems with painesville McDonalds the fact that they cant make there orders right after they have messed up putting pickles on the sandwich after the order wasn't supposed to have pickles both sandwiches had pickles after calling they told me i had to bring them both of the sandwiches back up to get them remade or refunded for them. So i paid for sandwiches that didn't get ate that i cant get remade bc they are in the trash. Classic way to make the customer happy."

"Very busy, as this location in on a major north/south freeway. No counter people, could only order at the kiosks. Orders weren't given out correctly, there was no one to talk with to correct anything. I ended up ordering again to get the correct sandwich."

"There are two drive thru lanes. I was sitting at the speaker and three cars had their order taken before me. I left and went to Dunkin donuts. Had a sandwich in 5 minutes. The same time I was sitting at a speaker. Do better."

"I had come in to order food with my grandma and the lady at the front register was just so kind and helpful. I believe her name was amber. Oh my god what a sweetheart. Such a beautiful girl and had such great customer service. She made mine and my grandmas experience wonderful. She’s truly amazing and I hope the next time I go she takes me order again."
