When I called back they were very rude and said a manager over rode it the last 3 times. Would not do it a 4th time and Hung up on me again. Absolutely horrible."

Im sorry but I've worked in food for years and never had customers tip for a pick up order! They need new machines or stop deliberately scamming for tips!
