"I really like this place. I come a few times a week. I get the same thing every time. The only negative thing I can say is the buns at times can be low key hard but I'm not a picky eater. The staff is very nice and I don't mind the prices. The woman who I believe is the manager , the cute petite one, is very engaging and welcoming. 5 stars."

"Better than the mcdonalds next door who refuses to take orders inside. Front counter worker was friendly and welcoming. Food was made fast and hot. No issues. Inside was clean and they actually take orders versus a machine I don't know how to use."

"OK NOW BURGER KING IN FREMONT OHIO. I "ONLY" GAVE THE HIGH MARKS FOR WHEN MIKE, HIS WIFE & DAR ARE THERE!! THEY'VE GOT A MANAGER A BIG FAT MAN NAMED "CRAIG" WHO'S GOT ""BRAND NEW"" YOUNG TRAINEES THAT HAVE JUST STARTED IN THE STORE. WHERE'S CRAIG AT?? I'LL TELL YOU WHERE HE IS~HE'S OUTSIDE IN HIS CAR SMOKING CIG AFTER CIGARETTE EVERY NIGHT HE'S WORKING!! HE'S WORRIED ABOUT THE TIME LIMITS IN HIS DRIVE THRU SO, HE'LL MAKE YOU PULL UP & WAIT FOR YOUR ORDER. THE LAST TIME HE MADE US WAIT THERE WAS ONLY ONE CAR IN THE LINE!! NO OTHERS!! US & THE CAR BEHIND US NOW WERE BOTH WAITING FOR OUR ORDERS. WE WAITED OVER 10 MINUTES FOR OUR FOOD. I PULLED AROUND TO CHECK OUR FOOD. OUR MED FRIES WERE HALF FULL. WE FIRST THOUGHT HE GAVE US SMALLS!! ""ALL"" OF OUR FOOD WAS ICE COLD & WE ALWAYS ASK FOR OUR FRIES TO BE RIGHT OUTTA THE OIL&NO SALT. WE NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WHEN MIKE, HIS WIFE & DAR'S THERE!! ALOT OF CUSTOMERS "LOVE" MIKE & HIS WIFE & DAR BECAUSE THEY INDEED TAKE THE TIME TO MAKE DARNED SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT!! THOSE "3" ALSO MAKE SURE YOUR FOOD IS HOT & THE WAY YOU'VE ASKED FOR EVERYTHING!! YOU NEED TO JUST GO UP THERE & WATCH THIS MANAGER IN HIS CAR SMOKING!! THE SADDEST THING WE SAW WAS "2"NIGHTS AGO. ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES HAD TO COME OUTSIDE TO ASK HIM IF SHE COULD CLOSE OUT!! HIS EMPLOYEES HAVE TO GO OUTSIDE IN THE FREAKING WINTER TIME TO ASK HIM WORK RELATED QUESTIONS!! THIS IS TRULY BAD FORM!! ESPECIALLY WITH HIM BEING A MANAGER & TO BE ANY KIND OF ROLE MODEL FOR HIS NEW EMPLOYEES!! SHAME ON YOU CRAIG!! YOU'RE A SORRY EXCUSE FOR A MAN & MANAGER IN EVERY SENSE OF THE TERMS!! "I went through the drive through around 7:45 pm and after waiting 30 mins in line hoping my food will be fresh since I'm waiting so long. As i pull up to the first window, which was closed at this time, I look through the window and watch the girl in the kitchen make a OCS without any tongs and continued to not use them as she started packing my nuggets. I was not eating that and left. Thats disgusting"

"Only people in lobby, took over 5 min for order. Then they were going to give me fries that had been sitting there since before we got here. Original chicken sandwich was more lettuce then chicken. Oh did I mention was a the general manager that gave us this food, and got an attitude when asked for fresh fries. Also chicken sandwich had been sitting there since before we got there also!"
