"The only reason I am giving service a 5 star was because they where very quick and nice to TRY and help me. Buttttttt I use to only go to Tim Hortons , it's the only place I would go to get donuts. I domt get donuts often and actualy did for me and my kids yesterday and today. They messed up yesterday . I just got my son and I one glazed donut and a vanilla dip . They where so chewy and hard it hurt my sons teeth he said. After yesterday I figured maybe I'll give it another try. I go today and ask specifically for glazed donuts 10 pack of tim bits and explained no sprinkles cause my son and what happened yesterday, one chocolate dip and one glazed donut. I pull off assuming obviously they got my order right because they where NOT busy at all. I pull of and look in the bag and it was all sprinked donut tim bits and a vanilla sprinkled donut and a dry hard donut. Yeah I'll be going to a different donut shop from here on. Who ever is making donuts needs to go to window or something. But donut making is not it for them."

"Around 7am this morning we decided to go through the drive thru before work. I grabbed a egg and cheese biscuit with no bacon. I pulled up to check it before leaving and there was bacon on the biscuit. Pulled back through and I explained to the cashier what I ordered and what I actually got. I also explained that due to my beliefs I cannot eat bacon and plus I no longer eat meat. I asked her nicely if she could she please have them make a new sandwich. Well, I was given another sandwich (pretty quick),so I thought. I checked it and the biscuit and egg smelled like pork. This is very disrespectful to just remove the bacon thinking that I wouldn't check. The biscuit was split where they took the bacon off and added another slice of cheese. What if it wasn't due to my beliefs and I had a food allergy? That would of been a law suit! Beware to those with allergies. I will not be returning to this location."
