"Breakfast sandwiches are barely lukewarm. Cold slice of cheese won't even melt. Maple waffle sandwich was really bad. I wonder if the health dept should check their holding temps for food. Burger king croissants the best."
"This location is the worst in the Toledo area. Every time I order a dark roast coffee, it's served to me cold. This location can't serve a hot, fresh cup of coffee. This has happened 3 times now, and nothing changes... I would gladly wait on a fresh pot. I hate cold coffee. Do better Tim Hortions!"

"The manager was extremely rude and made me feel HIGHLY uncomfortable. She was constantly yelling at everybody and every employee. she even caught an attitude with me. the employees were doing fantastic she had no reason to be so disrespectful. i will not be returning as this was SO uncalled for."
"If there was an option to give zero stars, that’s exactly what they would’ve gotten. Just went through the drive-through and ordered a grilled cheese with no mayonnaise. All I wanted on it was the cheese and the bread. They hand me out a sandwich that was stone cold the cheese was not melted And it had a massive amount of butter smeared all over it. I’ve included the picture when I took it back through. The girl at the window was extremely rude and said next time order without butter, I said, how about next time we just cook the sandwich but it was literally cold cheese, and a glob of butter. Do better Tim Hortons."
