"We went way out of our way to come here, and in 3 years of going to Biggby in many locations in 2 states, it was our worst experience ever. For starters, only a car or two at the drive up and no one in line ahead of us inside, but it took FOREVER for the 3 women working there to make 2 simple drinks. My mocha tasted like it had sour milk and so did my wife’s, plus they didn’t put the peppermint into my wife’s as requested. And, both were just lukewarm. Yuck! We had waited so long that we just left rather than complaining. We just won’t be back. Ever."
