"This Dunkin is always hit or miss. It's either great or not so great. Sometimes you get great customer service, sometimes you can't even get an order out without the worker constantly cutting you off and asking, "is that all?" Sometimes you get great coffee, sometimes it isn't made correctly. They often say their grill is down as well and you can't order food. It is a clean facility and recently remodeled. Some workers are super sweet, some not so much. Just kind of wish it was more consistent in all aspects"
"It's a cute little shop. Took my daughter to pick out doughnuts for her class. Sadly, the staff couldn't smile or even act like they were happy which ruined my daughter's experience. I've been a few times before without my daughter and the staff just aren't friendly overall."
"I rarely go out for much, but was craving a regular cake donut and an ice coffee. 11/10/2023 at 9:15am I stopped at this location and walked in to find they only had one type of donut there. No pumpkin spice, no any other kind of donut, but they had muffins, bagels and donut holes. I just turned around and walked out. Since not a soul even greeted me. Figured since it is just now just Dunkin and no Donuts because they do not have donuts any more."
"As far as Dunkin's go, its fine. However, this location has the absolute WORST parking lot & drive thru. When you try to exit the drive thru, you literally have to make a 3 point turn to be able to safety turn right because of how tight it is. Just a very bad design all around and it's enough to keep me from going."
