"I purchase an infinity bracelet it broke in two days $74.00 a piece I called to get it fixed I have to make an appointment to get it fixed because she is booked I mean how long does it take to pickup a link and quick weld it maybe 1 to 2 minutes 25 mile drive arhhhhh I’m mad Ok I made the appointment to get the bracelet fixed another 25 miles traveled, to be told she was not going to fix my bracelet because of my google review, So why did I need to make an appointment so she could be rude to me in person? She said she was giving me my money back ! Not a good way to do business I’ve never done a google review before but I guess only good reviews are allowed. Otherwise Roo Barb will not do business with you. Oh yes it is true! Don’t telling people otherwise!"

"Love this quaint shop. The staff is so helpful, pleasant and willing to please! Love the candle flights and wire bracelets. If you can't find a charm you like they will get it for you. They have drawers of them! Custom made beautiful jewelry! At reasonable prices."
