"Took in two huge totes of nice closes some with tags still on them and they barely took anything they said. We noticed stuff missing and they were so rude about how they went about it never be back I’ll donate to someone for free who will respect and appreciate it!!!"
"A lot better then It used to be I mean I don’t say they give you much for clothes or anything nice but those times I sold stuff and did not expect much and got more times I expected more and got last like I mean there’s things that they could’ve gave me money for and still made double triple the price in the long run and everyone would’ve been happy but other than that it’s a clean store evening. Staff seems to be a little bit nicer but other than that pretty decent place to Go"
"Took in an entire box of gently used clothes and shoes. I gave them 2 hours came back they told me they couldn't take anything. So I just went through this box again because I want to take stuff to donation places but wanted the never worn pair of Tom's. And to my surprise, they weren't there. I wonder how many other items get "taken"??? Well never be back. And make sure you're taking an inventory of stuff that you're taking to their store because apparently they will keep stuff."
"The manager Nikki was so helpful and friendly. I love shopping here because the employees are always ready to help but don’t follow you around the store awkwardly. Their selection is always being rotated so I try to go at least once a month."
"Took in a full bag of decent clothing including Levi’s jeans and name brand shirts. Waited 2 hours just for them to tell me they aren’t taking any of my items. Don’t waste your time, donate to the less fortunate instead."
