"Not what I expected. Not really sure what I expected. I have had carry out from Biggby across town and enjoyed it but this just didn't seem the same. I guess disappointed was the word. The atmosphere was "cold". Sorry."
"Traveling through we decided to stop and grab a bitter bear. Truly it was my favorite for years, was in high hopes to introduce the shop to some people. Our coffee was not sweet at all... no buttery flavor, and strong! i was very disappointed."

"I. LOVE. BIGGBY. I have never gotten something here I do not like. I look forward to Fridays because I always treat myself to a coffee (usually iced mint mocha, or an avalanche cold brew!) and either a muffin or a bagel with cream cheese! The staff is always super friendly as well."
