"If you are selling, call first and ask if they are buying - I have not had much luck selling sat- tues. clothes are reasonably priced and they are relatively good about catching stains"

"The store is too crowded and very cluttered, the bathroom was very inconveniently locked for the pregnant people coming in and the prices for the items were retail price or more than retail prices for secondhand items. Highly disappointed"

"Incredibly snobby staff who treat you very poorly as if you’re a peasant. Who is undeserving of buying their secondhand clothing. They could definitely improve the customer service. And maybe try cleaning up the store a bit everything had about a half an inch of dust on all the shelves and racks. Do better. Be kind. It’s free. Try smiling. And maybe even greeting your customers as they walk in. Or when they walk up to the counter to check out maybe acknowledge them. They do have very nice clothes at reasonable prices but the customer service ruins it for me."
