"Employee lied to me stating I couldn’t alter my drink due to company policy. I then while waiting called customer service who told me they have no such policy in place and that the barista who stated that specific statement was misinformed. I informed employee I’ve ordered my drink everywhere at every Starbucks the exact same way but she stated she “wasn’t willing to break company policy” this was all over the amount of ice in my drink…. Instead of arguing with the employee I’ll just leave a review and never come back..YES OVER ICE."
