"This place always takes forever. There can be just 2-3 cars in the drive through, and it'll take 20-30 minutes to get a coffee. Going inside is no different, unfortunately. Just very slow and inefficient. The coffee is good and the service has never been unpleasant, but it's expensive. We usually only go when we have a coupon to make it worth it, and even then we have to go when we have the time to sit there, and wait, and wait, and wait..."
