"this place is a joke!!!! whoever is managing this place needs to be FIRED. went through the drive-through around 9:30 to grab FRIES AND A CHCOLATE SHAKE that’s it! what i got was an unmixed chocolate shake and fries that must’ve been sitting there for an hour!! they were cold and soggy i couldn’t even eat them, a waste of money. there was one guy in there working, the rest of them were having hangout time near the cash register, doing absolutely nothing but chatting and sitting on the counters. LAZY LAZY LAZY, as someone who works in the food industry im embarrassed for them. do better."
"I don’t know her name but the lady with the braids colored purple at the drive through window collecting money is amazing!! She makes my day every single time I go through there!! She is very sweet and one of the only people I enjoy talking to in a pickup window!!"
"1/27/24 around 9:30am entered & used the restroom first, as my grandchild flushed a loud noise is heard inside the walls - her first words are I wanna get outta here it (Scared her to death), go to order & the two monitors were down, the guy at the register was getting help w/ the register(only two people in front of us was empty inside) & then I heard an employee say that a guy outside stated he had been waiting for 15mins - that's too many 'Red Flags' we just stopped for a quick bite before our Toboggan run so we left & went right up the road to Hardee's where we received fast, friendly service & our food was hot/delicious."
"I don't eat McDonald's. If my local McDonald's was like this one, I wouldn't be able to say that. It was sort of in the center of crossroads that in the triangles made by those roads, some other gas stations/restaurant combos like subway and taco bell were set. I wanted warm, and classic so here I went. Zero regrets. There was a sharply dressed manager in the corner doing paperwork at a table that thanked his employee for staying over. Out loud. With words. Her response seemed genuine and also, without regret. It was a nice interaction to see. The kid who took my order was friendly, despite it being a bit busy with the drive-thru as well. And then....then food was HOT and delicious. Just a quarter pounder with cheese. But seriously...so good. This is a good McDonald's."
"I ordered 2 cheese burgers; but i received 2 grilled cheese (no burger patty on either sandwich). I take my son occasionally for breakfast, and that is good. But no burgers on 2 burgers.... c'mon man!"
