"Went thru drive thru to get lunch. Ordered 2 sandwiches a small chili, medium fry 2 large drinksand a kids meal. Women was rude when taking order. When we got to window. Waited almost 5 minutes to pay. Then was asked to pull forward due to them making the burgers fresh for us. Waited another 15 minutes for food. 1 other person in line and no one inside. Had to go back into restaurant because they forgot the chili. Burgers were dry and you could tell they weren't fresh, barely warm. The fries were hard, and the drinks were flat. After waiting 20 minutes for that disaster. Didn't want to wait any longer for new food."
"We stopped to grab a quick sandwich at 12:30 in the afternoon. The drive-thru line was very long, so I went inside. There was one person in front of me, and then I placed my order with the kind employee running the register. I ordered two single hamburgers and then waited. Silly me for thinking I'd be in and out quickly. I ended up waiting almost 10 minutes. The hamburger patties ended up being colder than the lettuce. I've never had a worse fast food burger in my life. I'm thankful for the good service, but the food quality was just awful. I will never be back."
"Only had two vehicles in front of me but was able to order quickly and maybe 5-6 minute wait time. Food was all hot and delicious, especially the fries (who doesn’t love fresh, hot fries that aren't doused in salt). Service was very quick and friendly. I'm back in the area, I'll be back."
"I assume the kiosks are supposed to make thinks quicker? It doesn't. 20 minute wait on a 2 item order on a 30 minute lunch break. I watched one guy have to walk after ordering because his lunch break was going to end. The man got no lunch. People who ordered after me got theirs before me, and they had 5 or 6 items each. One lady stood around and did nothing but walk in circles. The people are tired of being treated like cattle. Pretty sad 25 years ago when nothing but high school kids worked fast food and it was always fast. Now you have adults working and can't get 2 items in a bag in under 25 minutes. I for one will never eat there again. Sad. I love the food but the service sucks."
