"Dr. Shekhawat is a phenomenal and personable pediatrician. Dr. Shekhawat checked on our preemie baby in the NICU every day, before he was even her patient. When she would miss seeing us at the NICU, the nurses would let us know she stopped in to see us and that she says hello. She personally rescheduled our first appointment with her when we were still in the NICU, personally calls us to make sure everything is running smoothly and that our son is feeling well. Dr. Shekhawat made sure to get us into Akron Children’s Main Campus within days for our son to have surgery. We will be with her as long as we can even though we moved over an hour away. I am very thankful to have a doctor who cares for our son as much as we do!"

"Extremely unprofessional for a pediatrician! I called twice to speak with her and left messages both times with her receptionist about my sick 3 month old and never received a call back. That was 3 days ago. None of my concerns get taken seriously, her nurses don’t know what they’re doing half the time. I’ll be taking both of my children else where."
