"Dr. Walsh has been a good dentist so far, but the receptionist "Deb" was SUPER condescending, as well as irritating, unwilling to listen, stubborn, and misinformed. Asked to speak with her manager, but only kept getting sent directly to someone's voicemail box. No one called back."

"The nurses here are so kind! I love that people will try to help you if you do not have insurance, or until you get it. Sometimes there can be a wait for your appointment once you arrive. They are great with kids, and can typically get you in pretty quicly."

"Had 2 teeth removed prior to that they put me on antibiotics. I asked for pain medication the Dr. automatically assumed I want narcotics. I’m not a druggie. I was pretty upset about that.. After having teeth removed they told me the infection was gone.. it was not I ended up in the ER with an infection that spread through my body. Still having pain on top of that. Dr. at hospital couldn’t believe they did prescribe me anything for pain and also an antibiotic. Ty Fisher Titus!!! Would not recommend this dentist"

"Worst dentist I've ever been to. Took my xray twice the first visit. Sent me on my way with an unreadable x-ray. Made another appointment to come back for a redo. Had 3rd x-ray taken, but printer was broken that day, would have to come back for copy. Came back to pick up copy. Was told on arrival that I would need to make an appointment to pick up a copy and come back ANOTHER day. I FINALLY get a copy of the x ray. They send me home...with a copy of SOMEONE ELSE'S mouth. I come back AGAIN to get a copy of MY mouth.....they cant find it. I have to have a 4th Xray! Start the whole process over again! The staff had been increasingly worse to deal with each visit. I'll never go back after my last visit. They were so bad I was hyperventilating and crying in my car for half an hour after I left. I have no faith in this place at all. If they cant even properly take and print an x ray, how can they be trusted to do actual dental work? So, now that this is the only dentist that my insurance covers, I drive almost an hour away to see a dentist that I pay cash for. Yeah, this place is that bad. Avoid!"

"1 star is very generous if you ask me. Had a tooth pulled there over a year ago that ended up getting infected really bad and I was prescribed nothing. Also told them about another tooth that was causing me pain and was told nothing was wrong with it and that it was just a sensitive tooth. Well a few weeks later it got infected and I found out it still had some cavity inside the tooth under an old filling I had done years ago."
