"The one star is not because of the baristas, they got my 2 drinks out reasonably, but the girl doing my Danish's was ridiculous, she gave everyone their orders before us, even customers that walked in after. I waited 20 minutes for 2 Danish's to heat. I ordered at 10:24am and finally got my food at 10:43am. Then when I approached the counter (for the second time, I should add) to cancel them from my order, all of a sudden they were done and she handed me them from behind the counter."

"This girl who waited on us was extremely nice for once and we got a nice person who did not rush my friend who was trying to describe what she wanted and the rep gave her exactly what she thought she would want. "I have been using the app to order my drinks and the app had a glitch in it and charges me for 3 drinks. The manager at the Harding Highway was great to make sure I only received one drink and told me that I had to call corporate. I called them and they were less than useless and told me it never happened. Every time I order, I work by the Harding Highway location so I only order there, I get vanilla sweet cream cold foam and I NEVER receive it on my drinks. They make sure I pay for it though. I will using BiggBy from now on and deleted the app. I will never buy another Starbucks drink again."
