"UPDATE: 12/8, an inspection with the State of Ohio was done and it was found that the following reasons were teachers on their phones, leaving children unattended and they have small babies/toddlers sleeping on pillows and NO cots. Beyond pissed!!!! I am reaching out to the local news channel now! This location is extremely unprofessional. My son was here for (1) week, I walk in and a teacher is on the phone and has someone on speaker, my son was screaming crying — she was extremely disrespectful and disgusting. She told the person she was on the phone with that my son was “crying all the time.” Well, maybe you’re in the wrong business. I’ve never experienced this EVER. Mind you, my son is 1 years old. The director Kali Bryant called me to apologize and to write down new training skills for the individual. Folks like that don’t need to be around children. This is what is wrong with today’s society. Nobody wants to work and actually do their jobs. They work for income only and have no passion being around children. If you send your children to this location make sure they can speak and will be able to tell you how their day is going day to day."

"Our daughter was born right at the start of COVID and didn't have any experience being in a childcare setting until she was already 8 months old. We initially enrolled her with a trusted home care provider, but she cried all day long every day and never adjusted even after several weeks. Our caregiver suggested we try a larger center, where there would be more than one teacher in the room so she could get more one-on-one attention during the adjustment phase. We are so happy we chose Kindercare. Their staff is so nurturing and devoted, and they had our shy, nervous child laughing and playing by her second week there. It was such a delight to see her happy at drop off and at pick up. We also loved the regular updates and photos we saw every day through the Kindercare app. I can't say enough good things about this center. It's obvious that everyone there, from the teachers to the administration, is experienced, professional, and loves working with children."

"Every morning I drop my child off to KinderCare in Beachwood I know I'm leaving her in good hands. I am familiar with the KinderCare brand because I have older children that used to attend when the location was in Maple Heights. I would recommend this child care service to any parent looking for a quality safe child care provider. I also like that they have an app that updates every time my daughter eats, naps and toilets. They send pictures of what she does and she even comes home singing songs. I can tell she's learning a lot and I'm very pleased."
