"I called several times within a period of 2-3 months and nobody answered. I made sure to always call during open hours. I left several voicemails with my name and number asking them to call me back. I never heard from anyone. Its like the office has been abandoned. It is very discouraging when you are struggling so much with your mental and physical health, and an organization that claims to respond to all patient requests within 72 hours is completely unresponsive. I'm very thankful that I was able to receive prompt care from the Emily Program instead."

"I was told if I really want help that I would work hard to get it. Yah and I am battling with ednos everyday. I can't believe that she would say that. I have done dbt skills and iop and nothing has helped. I am trying so hard to get back to normal but when they accept your insurance and then toss you out it doesn't help things. The eating disorder support groups was a joke. I was told that if I wanted to be part of the group then I have to be fully recovered. I wish the hull insitute never took over. Recovery is for the ones who can afford to do so."
