"Customer service no longer exists since they switched to Kettering Network. The doctors are good but it is nearly impossible to get an appointment scheduled at a convenient time. And the costs are just out of control. It cost at least $130 just to walk in the door WITH insurance."

"We have used the Troy office for years. today I tried to make an appointment for a sick family member, and was told they only do same day appointments now and they were full for the day. Now you have to call in each morning after 8:00 and try to get in for that day. so if you're at work at that time & can't get to the phone you're screwed. We will be looking for a new medical facility. Their policy is all about them and not about the person who needs their services."

"Terribly run practice. Upper Valley Family Care has a lot of work to do to earn better reviews from patients. I have heard many negative things about this practice but my own personal experience here is what I will focus on. The staff is very unfriendly. I will not say all of them are but when you come in as a new patient and are not greeted with a smile or even told how far behind the doctor is running on your very first visit you should know there is a problem right away. The only time I waited less than an hour and a half was when seeing the physician assistant. She was the only positive part of my experience at this practice. My first initial visit at this practice I waited in the waiting room for two hours with four kids and watched patient after patient go in ahead of me without a word of explanation to me. The whole time I was at this practice they never established me with a doctor. I could only ever get in to se the PA. The one time I had an appointment with an actual doctor it got cancelled on me and they didn't notify me until I arrived. I was too upset to complain or reschedule so went home to do it and when I expressed my frustration I was spoken to very rudely and sarcastically and hung up on by the receptionist. Unacceptable. They waited until just before the day my kid started school to finally get the shot records from my previous doctors office even though I requested it months before. They also still haven't sent my records to my new doctor which I have been at for several weeks. Steer clear of this practice. The only reason I gave it one star is that I have to to rate it and that star belongs to the only kind person who treated me there. Thank you PA Jessica Stager. If I could review just you I would give you five stars."

"Absolute garbage clinic. Having recently relocated to Seattle, WA. ..I needed my medical records faxed for upcoming appointments. It's now been a week and a half, and still no records. Betty in medical records REFUSES to fax them, and her manager as well. As stated in previous reviews from other individuals, the staff in this office is absolutely atrocious. The physicians however are wonderful. Steer clear because of the staff. God forbid it's a life threatening emergency, spend the time that you would in this clinic with your family, because you'll die."

"The doctors are friendly and do well, but the office staff and administration leave much to be desired. I had blood work done three weeks before my prescription was set to run out, and two weeks later I do not have results back yet. Typically, I wait no more than three days for the results of this same test. When I have called into the office I receive a voicemail or a variety of excuses. Update: I ended up waiting 3 weeks for results that, at other practices, have taken a maximum of 3 days to receive. I was called on Friday afternoon with one set of results, and on Monday with a different set of results for the same tests. The results I received on Friday resulted in no change to my prescription, and the Monday results resulting in an increased dose of the medication. Not only was response time slow, but the results leave me questioning whether I have the right prescription dose. I will be looking elsewhere for a health care provider that values customer service and acceptable response times."
