"I had an amazing interaction with the staff and workers during my recent unexpected hospitalization at the Troy Kettering location. I started at the Huber ER and was transported to Troy for a 2 day stay. Every single person I had an interaction with was friendly and professional. I felt like a VIP. It was New Years Eve and the people genuinely seemed to enjoy the service and work they provide for the community. The intake people, nurses, therapists, nutritionists, cleaning staff, doctors, chaplain and transportation people were all exceptional. I don't want to have to see any of them again anytime soon, but if the need is there I would definitely want this staff taking care of me. I truly appreciate the level of service that was provided to me and my family. I thank the LORD for each one of them and pray blessings for them and their families. Great job to this team of workers!! You have won me for any future medical needs and I will be recommending you to those in my sphere of influence."

"Walked in to ER and was immediately placed in a room. All staff throughout the stay were friendly and professional. Surgeon and surgery team called in. Was in surgery by 0930. Clean comfortable room post op. Was discharged by 4:30 pm after eating a delicious meal. Would definitely go back and recommend Kettering Troy to family and friends. Special accolades to my nurse Courtney. She was professional, attentive and we enjoyed her sense of humor."
