"I got my dog treated here a few months ago and it’s not the initial service that I’m upset with. It’s the psychological consequences of taking my dog here that I am upset with. I’d rather the groomer call me and tell me the truth that my dog was experiencing stress and was having a hard time and I’d come pick her up, but whatever way they went forward with treating my dog and she has not been the same since I took her here. She’s was only 1.2 years old when I took her there. I did everything I could to try and desensitize her to getting groomed by other people. But I went to go put a muzzle on her today because she’s a little reactive, right? I’ve never put a muzzle on her before, but when I put that muzzle on her today, she almost had like a PTSD effect. The entire duration My dog has been in my custody. I’ve never had to put a muzzle on her. She’s only gotten groomed by one other place before, And they didn’t muzzle her. I picked my dog up from This facility she looked traumatized She had tears running down her face, and she was completely distraught, and still months later to She starts shaking and has a genuine look of fear if I put her harness on her or if I put a muzzle on her. What happened While my dog was in this companys care is something that I’m still figuring out today months later. I understand that if my dog was making it a hard time for the groomer to do her job, she had to take precaution BUT I wish and wish She could’ve called me. I could’ve taken my dog home, Went down a different route because I’m dealing with the consequences of this months later. I wasn’t initially going to say anything, but the fact that this is still showing psychological evidence to my dog months later. I’ll never bring her here again, I wish I was walking away with a positive experience because my dog was fearful to grooming prior , this made it 10 times worse and I have no idea where to go now. To everyone working here if you can read this if the client is having a hard time, please call the parent, it is so evident that there are consequences"

"Kiara Mitchell will forever have my business! She constantly impresses me with her skill and patience with my dog who struggles with anxiety and is nervous in new situations. You can really tell how much she is able to not only complete a wonderful groom, but bond with the animals in her care! The day I stop giving her my business will be the day she retires!"

"I called to see if they could get my big 90lb Sherman in to get his nails done because I had surgery and wasn't able to. They got him in same day and did great. Will definitely be bringing him back! Thank you sooo much!"
