"I was excited to establish care at this clinic since it's less than a mile away. For normal vaccinations and routine care they are probably overpriced, but I was willing to accept that due to the convenience of being in close proximity... My issue came when my new puppy started having chronic vomiting and had gotten into some things he should not have. They recommend a series of x-rays, which I agreed to. However, the findings were, "inconclusive," because he had food in his stomach, even though I was not told to fast him. I explained I did not want to do another set of x- rays, because it would cost another $350, and there was no certainty if further testing would still be needed, (ie: ultrasound, exploratory surgery, etc...). I should have questioned it from the start: I explained If another set of x-rays were performed, I would like it to be be compensated, and, if not, I would like more definitive diagnostic testing due to the high prices. I further explained I would rather pay for more expensive and more definitive/conclusive testing... I was told she would love to; "Shake her magic eight ball, and tell me what is wrong with my puppy," and that, They had NO REASON to believe he had an obstruction, so he did not need to fast for the x-ray; (although they were aware of such things prior to the x-rays). I was also told that I "don't understand medical diagnostics" and was treated very rudely. It seems like they really are just out there for the money like other reviewers have said."

"I had an appointment set for wellness check. I asked for the price prior to coming in for all said shots etc and was given a price of 175 only to come in and they charged me double.. what a bunch of b.s.. make sure you get their pricing on paper before hand so they won’t try this in you as well.. the staff was nice except for the lady in the front. Very disappointed and won’t be back there"

"If you have an appt for preventive care that took 1 to 2 weeks to schedule you will be ok. If you expect to get get care for an urgent injury you can forget about being worked into the schedule. I've been a customer for many years and when I gave my opinion the office manager emailed my pets records to me and dismissed me as a client. Your manager never even asked me how urgent the need was to see a vet. She doesn't deserve to be mgr if the the pets welfare isn't a priority. 15 yrs of being a client evidently means nothing to her. I'm glad I don't have to go back . You need a mgr who sets aside time for unexpected patient care. She is ruining your business."

"Thier prices seem to have gone up a lot over the past few years. The vet assistants are very kind and caring . They should get paid more since they do 90% of the work and the veterinarian is in the examination for a few minutes."

"I was out of town unexpectedly, and they got my dog in right away! The front desk ladies were extremely friendly and helpful, as was the vet tech! The doctor was nice, but just did a very quick overall checkup on my dog despite me mentioning a couple of concerns. Overall, similar to a "minute clinic," it is a good place if you need to get in somewhere quickly."
