"Disappointed in service since they changed locations. I have been using them for several years. The last visit was terrible. I have 2 dogs. I had asked for a dye for 1 of my dogs. The dye was not done the way I asked. In addition it appears that she wad bathed, not groomed. Her hair was in her eyes, her beard and ears weren't trimmmed. Given the hike in prices I would have thought they would assure the same great service they used to provide . The gal that used to do her was Maddie. I wish I knew if she went to another shop. I would switch in a heartbeat"

"Somethings changed since moving to new location in Medina. Prices have gone up but not unexpected. Customer service is not what it use to be. Very short & curt. No hello to the pup. My pup use to be happy when I picked him up from his “spa days”. Now, he’s shaking & it’s like they can’t close up for the day fast enough. Groomers use to chat with him & I are few seconds before & after I picked him up. Not with current staff. Looking elsewhere."
