"One of the best vets I have gone to in a very long time. I took my two rats here and the Drs that took care of them were amazing. They were caring, understanding, and in no way harmed my animals or made me feel as if my animals were in distress. My two rats loved the two wonderful ladies who handled them and most recently, they attempted to help me save a friend's rat. While the rat has passed, they did everything in their own power to help him. They gave him the correct medication, gave him a shot to get him going and also helped me keep him warm and gave him fluids. While this rat may have passed, they even showed compassion towards me when I called to let them know he had died. They apologized to me even though they didn't have to. They did their best, they care, and the hearts of these people are so amazing including the receptionists. They're astounding in everyway. If you need your rats, ferrets, rabbits, any small babies looked at, go to them!!"
"Medical staff is great. The front staff lacks the ability to assist their customers in a digital modern era. The receptionist I spoke with was rude. Based on how she responded to my inquiry, she did not listen to what I said. She would not let me speak to respond."
