"Would give 0 if I could. They did not take time to clarify about the cut for our dog. They have trimmed twice before so we made the mistake of assuming they would do the same trim as before. Instead they completely shaved my double layer shepherd to skin. And left red, irritated areas."

"I do not recommend using this groomer EVER. My dog was left with two burns the size of coins that were red and bloody for over a week after being groomed, and they are just now starting to heal. Any pet groomer should know better than to be that careless with a small dog. We checked reviews for this groomer after our dog was burned and found that this is a very common thing among the customers of this groomer. Do not hire if you care about your dogs."
