"I’ve thought long and hard about posting this review but I think my experience needs to be shared, especially because this company has such great reviews. That’s why I chose it in the first place. I’ve been a customer for several months now and have decided to move on and find a new groomer. Nothing major has happened but I’ve decided I would rather find a groomer I can build a relationship with. Every time we’ve come in, we’ve been placed with a different groomer. The woman I see most often at the front counter doesn’t make eye contact and seems miserable. On two different occasions, I heard her scold the staff loudly and publicly. The groomers don’t seem happy and drop-offs are rushed. There’s little time for conversation or questions. Even though I have a young puppy who I’m (obviously) new to grooming, I’ve never been offered any tips on grooming him. They are never happy to see him- they never greet him or talk to him. At pick-up, they haven’t once had anything nice to say about him- just that he doesn’t like having his face held by the fur or that he’s energetic (he’s a puppy). Because it’s so hard to talk at the appointments, I called in ahead and asked to talk to a groomer. When I expressed my frustration with maintaining his grooming at home, the groomer told me that I need to be more aggressive with him so he knows I’m serious. This makes me wonder how aggressive they are with him when he’s alone with them. The final straw was picking him up at his last appointment where he needed to be shaved. Rather than asking me if I needed any help maintaining his grooming at home or offering tips, the groomer looked at me and said, “he needs BRUSHED.” I felt so judged. We do brush him regularly. But I didn’t know what to say. I think this is a good place if your grooming needs are simple and your pup is familiar with the process. Any more complication than that, I would recommend somewhere else. All in all, I think we can find a place that’s calmer, friendlier, and more educational. Somewhere where we can learn and my puppy is loved."

"I called in & the next day they were able to get my dog in. I am so glad I found this place! They listened to my concerns about my dog & her anxiety. My dog came out extremely happy and loving on her groomer which is a huge sign in itself because she is scared of the whole process, it was great to see her happy afterwards. And the staff was extremely sweet and professional! 10/10 I definitely recommend this place!"

"Called on a whim and was able to get right in to have my dogs nails clipped. Everyone here is super friendly. Arrived about 15-20 minutes early and they took Susie right in . People here are always take super care when doing her nails. Was done before my actual appointment time. Pricing for a nail clip is $10 . Love going here, so easy."
