"Took my dog here at 10am and didn’t get him back until 5. This company did everything i asked them not to do. Asked for a haircut for the holiday and didn’t even get that. When explaining that I have this noted on TEXT was told she never said that. I had to take my dog behind the counter myself and put him and cage and the same happened during pick up. Complained to me that he peed and when asking if they took him out well being inside for 7 HOURS “no” like they weren’t supposed to. Never again will I ever come here. Also was telling my things my dog was doing that has never done in his life and trying to give me training advise like he doesn’t live with me. Completely over this place!"

"INCREDIBLE Everyone else has a crazy waitlist, booking out in September. Amy and Penny got us in within a week. Both dogs have the best haircuts they have ever gotten and they were only there for a few hours rather than a whole day (like some places) They were all smiles and wiggles when they were picked up. Fantastic job, fantastic establishment, cannot say enough about the quality of work they do here"
