"Very disappointed! Started seeing a great therapist. Unfortunately, everything was rescheduled. With apologies of course. I had an appointment scheduled January 3rd 2024. I needed to reschedule because I broke out in a rash. All the phone numbers associated with this psychologist didn’t go through. He works out of 3 locations. I thought calling another off he would get the message. My first assumption was the phone line at the location wasn’t working. He completely went MIA! He called a week later to apply & reschedule. At this point I was done! You now lost my trust for help! Currently, I’m seeking other avenues for care! Very unorganized & non- professional!"

After over a year under new ownership, there have been allegations of mistreatment and fraud involving the new owner. Many employees have sought other opportunities for financial stability. Rumors suggest the business may be closing. Exercise caution if considering patronizing this establishment."

"Worst experience. The short version is that I called to schedule an appointment but later discovered they didn't inform the therapist, so that appointment didn't happen. Then when they rescheduled, the therapist cancelled the appointment less than two hours beforehand. I called back to reschedule that cancelled appointment multiple times and no one ever called me back."

"I saw them in March and paid up front, and was assured I'd get a refund of whatever insurance didn't cover. I had to keep following up about the refund, after knowing it was supposed to take several weeks and waiting that expected time. About 2 months ago they told me the amount I would get in the mail in 2 weeks, so I know it's no longer any delay in insurance's fault. I still have not gotten my overpayment refund. The therapist was great, but I wish other places did adult ADHD testing. Their books cannot be in order."

"Edit: this was previously a one star review, but I received a call from the director of this establishment and received some very kind words and help regarding the situation, which is very much appreciated. The one star review still stands for my provider; but not for the business as a whole. I have never felt less heard by another human being in my life. I am going through one of the hardest times in my life that I have ever experienced, and coming to this establishment made me feel as if I was just stuck dealing with it on my own, all while paying out of pocket to essentially speak to a brick wall. I will never be returning here. I sat in the parking lot and sobbed for almost ten minutes before I was able to leave. I made an appointment here on a whim because they had an opening and I needed help before I went back to school so I didn't have a breakdown. A close friend of mine suggested this facility, and she sees one of the female providers here and had so many wonderful things to say about her and I was so optimistic about finally getting help. Now, after coming on here and reading the reviews, I see that other people had issues with the same provider I saw. I hate to give the facility a low rating after only meeting with one person, but after seeing the things he has said to other clients, I wonder why he hasn’t been reprimanded. John, do better. Actually listen to your clients."
