"I had Crystal as a counselor therapist and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I felt like she shamed me and judged my lifestyle when I’m supposed to be there for help. She kept looking at her phone several times during our sessions. It seemed like either she wasn’t paying attention or didn’t care. I switched to Cecilia. I was not judgmental but I got the feeling that I don’t need to come back if I’m planning on moving out of state. I thought that was something for me to decide."

"Super impressed with the first experience here. Everyone was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We switched services with no issues. My only complaint is the length of time in-between scheduling appointments but I'm going to consider it that this place is just that good. Can't wait to be worked into a consistent schedule. I'll update my review in 6 months. So far.... 5/5 stars!"

"If I could “0” star I would! My review is in no way reflective of the clinicians since I never got to see anyone! I called on a Monday morning to get assistance in dealing with an acute trauma. I was given the apparent same protocol that an intake specialist would be in touch with me shortly. Tuesday evening, called again and was told the specialist was out sick but would call Wednesday. Thursday evening called a third time and actually spoke to the specialist who informed me that she was “TO BUSY” on Wednesday’s to make appointments and that she needed more information before she could begin the process, something the secretary probably should have been aware of from the beginning. By the way, SHE didn’t bother to call Thursday! Hmmmm... Asked to speak to an office manager and was told they are “busy” right now but would call back! Friday????? You guessed it, no phone calls! What a shame! Is this part of the problem of mental health care? Everyone is too busy to do their job which apparently does not include their job? EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! An acute traumatic mental health issue and this office could not take a moment for a call back! Again, I have no idea about the clinicians but I have to think they must be aware of the office situation they are working in! I wish I would have read the previous reviews or I wouldn’t have wasted my time and would have gone elsewhere to obtain the help I needed!"
